USCG intends to sole source award this requirement to L-3 who is the prime contractor currently supporting all USCG missionization efforts on contract HSCG23-15-C-2DA002. A redacted approved J&A will be posted separately with the award which is estimated around Nov/Dec 2019 timeframe, if required.
