This is an update to the prior RFI titled "USCG_Missionization_Modification_Block" posted on August 22, 2018 for updated responses to be provided by January 31, 2020. The previous files will be included to the notice with updates. The previous notice number "HSCG23-20-R-2DAXXX" only covered A/C 14 and 15. This notice will cover missionization and block 8.1 upgrades for A/C 16-22 for a total of 7 aircraft only. Interested vendors should reply to the POC listed in the RFI Synopsis. Interested vendors who responded to RFI titled "USCG_Missionization_Modification_Block" posted on August 22, 2018 should respond to indicate continued interest. Negative responses/No bid responses are also encouraged. This is a stand-alone effort and should NOT be confused with the prior RFPs posted by the USCG Aviation Logistics Center, for USCG Progressive Structural Inspection (PSI) and Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) + Block 8.1 last updated on 10/2/19 in FBO. This effort should also NOT be confused with the multiple HC130J scenarios posed by Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) for the Production MAC_N00421-18-R-0054 Request for Proposal last updated on 9/24/19 in FBO.
