The United States Coast Guard intends to increase the ceiling from twenty-six (26) to thirty-two (32) Fast Response Cutters (FRCs) from Bollinger Shipyards Lockport, L.L.C., 8365 Highway 308 South, Lockport, LA 70374-0250 under Contract HSCG23-16-C-AFR625. If the option is exercised, the six additional FRCs will increase the original awarded maximum quantity of 26 awarded under the contract. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) is 336611. The six additional FRCs must be fully compatible with the existing FRC and identical to the planned configuration baseline. No substitutes shall be considered at this time. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
