The United States Coast Guard intends to increase the FRC ceiling from 32 to 33 FRCs under contract HSCG23-16-C-AFR625 and one additional FRC from Bollinger Shipyards LLC, 9365 Highway 308 South, Lockport, La. The option for one additional FRC when exercised, will exceed the current contract ceiling from 32 to 33. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 336611. The additional FRC is compatible with the existing fleet and built under the same configuration and product baseline of the current FRCs under construction. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the government. This synopsis is being issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Allen K.
