The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), proposes to enter a contract modification on behalf of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Miami Area of Responsibility (MIA AOR) on the basis of other than full and open competition to M V M Inc, 44620 Guilford Drive, Suite 150, Ashburn VA 20147. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government has determined that there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The justification for other than full and open competition is attached to this notice.
