Expressions of Interest Sought- Real Estate airport lease U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air and Marine Operations is seeking interest to lease a turn-key Hangar with Maintenance/Repair and support space to total approximately 20,875 square feet. A minimum runway length of 6,000 feet, a hangar door minimum height clearance of 25’ with a minimum width of 90’ would be required at one of the following Airports in New York: IAG: Niagara Falls Niagara Falls International Airport BUF: Buffalo Niagara international airport CBP is considering space at the aforementioned airports, for mission and economical advantageous. CBP requires to have sole access to the available hanger. CBP will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement, as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to request a full solicitation to all interested parties for a competitive federal lease. In making this determination, CBP will consider, among other things, the availability of space that potentially can satisfy our requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred by tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure. CBP will be seeking to come look at and/or do a physical walk-through of the space being presented from the responses to this advertisement. No rental rates are required at this time.
