This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) being issued by Customs and Border Protection, Office of Human Resources Management is conducting market research to gain a greater understanding of the full range of available options for the automated assessment of candidates’ leadership competencies for the management level (GS-14 and GS-15) Border Patrol Agent (BPA) position. This RFI’s purpose is to obtain market information on viable sources of supply, industry practices, answers to specific questions, and industry comments in order to draft a Statement of Work (SOW). The number and quality of responses to this RFI will have an impact on the acquisition strategy for these services.
