See Attachment 9 for specifics 2) Industry requested clarification Facility Observer pricing with regards to Attachment 3 - CBAs. See Attachment 9 for specifics. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged Amendment 8 - 10 February 2023 The purpose of Amendment 8 is to provide the following: 1) The Government was notified of an inconsistency between how the Government will receiving invoicing vs the Attachment 6 pricing. After review the Government made updates to the formulas in Attachment 6. See Attachment 9 for specific details 2) The ASC incumbent provided the Government the most recently negotiated CBA amendment for the Internation Association of Machinists and Aerospace Works, District Lodge 947. This has been captured under Attachment 3, Amendment 8. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged Amendment 7 - 7 February 2023 The purpose of Amendment 7 is to provide the following: 1) The Government has extended the proposal due date to 15 February 2023 at 5:00 PM EST 2) Provide clarification for the pricing instructions to provide adequacy of an offerors accounting system.
