This notice announces DHS's intent to award a sole source contract to Cignal LLC for further development and maturation of the Cignal Engine, a suite of simulation and data lifecycle tools for machine vision AI supporting the Screening at Speed program. Cignal will collaborate with S&T, TSA, and other end users to validate tools and generated images for machine learning applications. The contract includes a 12-month base period and one 12-month option, with performance primarily at contractor facilities. The government believes only Cignal can continue this technology maturation. Interested firms that believe they can meet the requirement may respond.
