DHS intends to award a sole source contract to APCO International Inc. for support services under the Project 25 Compliance Assessment Program (P25 CAP). The contractor will provide technical support for P25 CAP, help enhance its efficiency and interoperability efforts, and support Regional Planning Committees, including maintaining the CAPRAD system and an NRPC site. The primary place of performance will be at contractor facilities. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.
