DHS intends to award a sole source contract to Research Electronics International, LLC (REI, LLC) 455 Security Drive, Cookeville, TN 38506 using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services without seeking competition for OSCOR Max spectrum analyzers. This action is being taken pursuant to FAR subpart 13.5. REI, LLC. is the only company that provides this type of Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) equipment required to meet the agency needs and technical specifications.
