The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division intends to issue a sole source extension of up to six (6) months to the current ordering period of an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract, 70RFP318DE3000003 with Allied Universal Security Services (1551 N. Tuston, Ste 650, Santa Ana, CA 92705). This extension begins 04/01/2025 and will provide continued armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services at various locations throughout West Virginia Panhandle and to allow placement of a new contract to continue critical PSO services at these locations. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Allied Universal Security Services., under the authority of 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be made available.
