This is a solicitation for contract detention facility support in accordance with the associated performance work statement. This effort will support the the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations, Newark, New Jersey field office. The Newark, New Jersey field office has a continued need for comprehensive detention services for adult male and female noncitizens and will provide for general population, intake, segregated housing, and medical beds at a contractor-owned/contractor-operated detention facility or facilities. Detention services will be performed in accordance with the optimal level of the most current version of the Performance-Based National Detention Standards 2011 with 2016 revisions.
