This notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations awarded Task Order No. 70RDA224FR0000008 to Credence Management Solutions Limited Liability Corporation, UEI: FZNCSKF4X6D9 under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), "The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order." The approved Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is attached pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D). The task order will maintain support of the CP3 Student Innovation Lab, an experiential program that challenges high school and university students to create and implement peer-developed products, tools, and initiatives to prevent targeted violence, hate, and terrorism. The program allows essential prevention work to happen at the state and local level with the goal of reducing risk factors and increasing protective factors within youth. The period of performance of this task order is March 30, 2024-July 29, 2024.
