Pursuant to FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(B), DHS/OPO/STAD intends to award a Time and Material task order for the procurement of services from Signature Sciences, LLC without considering other awardees against Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle 70RSAT23D00000003, for the procurement of support services required to conduct DT&E activities on AR systems for developmental testing and the advancement of technologies in support of S&T’s Next Generation Explosives Trace Detection (NGETD) program at the TSL. This will be a interim exception to fair opportunity effort to services previously provided by Signature Sciences, LLC under task order 70RSAT22FR0000095 and 70RSAT19FR0000016 This interim task order continues services provided by these previous task orders which ended on June 16, 2024. The proposed interim task order will provide for three (3) months of performance for the same services.
