The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division intends to issue a sole source extension for up to six (6) months to the current indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, 70RFP118DE4000005 with North American Security, Inc. This extension period will commence on 06/01/2024 for the continued provision of armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services throughout the State of Mississippi. The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with North American Security, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) and the Small Business Size Standard is $29 million.
