This Brand Name Justification is for SLX course material and participation kits from Blanchard Training and Development, Inc., to be distributed to USCIS managers who enroll in the Situational Leadership course through the Advanced Leadership Development Seminar (ALDS). All students taught by Blanchard-certified instructors must receive their own original copy of the SLX course material and that SLX course material cannot be copied, duplicated or re-used in any way. USCIS must utilize the Blanchard Training and Development, Inc. course material to avoid copyright infringement on courses taught by Blanchard-certified instructors.
