The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Four, LLC, 2303 Dulles Station Blvd., Suite 105, Herndon, VA 20171 for i2 Analyst Notebook Licenses. This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. Only written e-mailed (devanee.taylor@usss.dhs.gov and sonja.ablola@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, April 3, 2023. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
