Limited source BPA to obtain cloud-based records storage solution and services required to operate and maintain the DHS Electronic Contract Filing System (ECFS). Pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), in the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Multiple Award Schedule BPA. DHS seeks to continue to operate and maintain its current ECFS leveraging a cloud-based Software-as-a Service (SaaS) solution that is Federal Risk Authorization Management program (FedRAMP) authorized and a DoD 5015.2 compliant solution to support electronic contract file storage, workflow, document management, and records management.
