The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Procurement Operations, Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division (FPSAD) intends to extend services for up to three (3) months through September 30, 2022, under Contract HSHQEC-16-D-00009 with Diversified Protection Corporation (DPC) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Government requirements” DPC is familiar with the instant requirement, facility locations, and has a fully qualified staff in place and is the only contractor at this time that can immediately fulfill the requirement without delay and interruption of services. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
