USCIS OCON limited the number of sources solicited pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a) for the procurement of Salesforce development services for Phase 2 of the STARS OCON Procurement application, from Acumen Solutions, 8280 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, Virginia 22102, under their General Services Administration’s (GSA) IT Schedule 70, contract number GS00Q16AEA1001 order number 70SBUR19F00000243. Acumen has been performing the OCON development services since October 2019. The development team is actively working on completing OCON’s minimum viable product (MVP) Phase 1 of the procurement application. Due to numerous blockers outside of the vendors control at the OCPO level this project has been delayed. Now that all of the blockers have been removed, in the interest of economy and efficiency, it is logical to continue the development for Phase 2 for the next six (6) months.
