The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), Office of Science and Engineering (OSE), Technology Centers Division’s (TCD), Biometrics and Identity Technology Center has a requirement for services to support DHS technical contributions to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Joint Technical Committee (JTC) 1/Subcommittee (SC 37) on Biometrics. SC 37 is the worldwide forum for the development, approval and dissemination of formal international biometric standards.
