The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis for Comprehensive Support for Removal Operations (CSRO). This effort supports domestic and international voluntary return operations of illegal aliens through dedicated aircraft and commercial ticketing. A formal solicitation is estimated to be publicized in June/July 2026, with an anticipated award in August/September 2026. Services will be performed at numerous domestic and international locations. No specific qualification requirements are currently required for eligibility.
