This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, to identify interest in participation in a potential demonstration activity to be conducted by the OpEx Program for state and local first responder end users. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This is not an acquisition or associated with an acquisition. The purpose of this RFI is to gain information on relevant technologies that have interest in participating in an OpEx Activity in one of the four (4) Technical Topic Areas (TTAs). The TTAs are as follows, and more detailed requirements and objectives for each of the technologies are provided as attachments to this RFI: TTA A: Remote Monitoring of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) TTA B: Backup Emergency Alerting Systems for Strategic Command, Control, Communications, and Coordination (C4) TTA C: Strategic Command, Control, Communications, & Coordination (C4) Voice Assistance System TTA D: Crowd Count and Analysis (CCA) THIS ANNOUNCEMENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED to OCTOBER 26, 2020.
