The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO), Headquarters Support Directorate (HQS) had a requirement to procure on a sole source basis Infrared Cameras Incorporated (ICI) Thermal Camera Centurion Kiosks in order to provide Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) facility entry screening at the DHS Headquarters (HQ), St. Elizabeth’s campus. The purchase order was awarded to Infrared Cameras, Inc, (ICI). A Sole Source Justification was reviewed and approved. Additional details are included in the attached justification.
