FEMA Region VI is seeking vendors that can replace the ejector pumps in the stairwell of the Federal Regional Center (FRC) building. This will include removal and disposition of old parts and all associated cleanup. The Contractor shall provide all labor materials, tools, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to complete this work. The contractor shall follow all EPA requirements as needed. The Contractor shall provide a Performance Work Statement (PWS) to describe how they will approach the activities listed below. The Contractor shall provide a Quality Assurance Plan (QASP) to describe how they will complete the activities. The project consists of five main functional objectives: planning and preparation, demolition/removal of old equipment, installation, cleanup, and final review and inspection.
