This notice is being updated to extend the due date and revise the points-of-contact for this notice. The deadline for submissions is extended to Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 11:00 am ET and are to be submitted to paula.nusbaum@hq.dhs.gov and bjorn.miller@hq.dhs.gov. If you have previously submitted a response, please re-forward to these email addresses. The White House Task Force (WHTF) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seek to secure hotel standard/deluxe room blocks in all designated U.S. cities hosting the 2026 Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup to support personnel and operational needs during the event. The room blocks will accommodate WHTF staff and affiliated travelers for durations ranging from twenty-one (21) to thirty-nine (39) days per city. This initiative aims to ensure uniform terms, flexibility, and convenience across all cities while meeting logistical requirements. DHS is looking for hotel room providers in all designated World Cup U.S. cities, ensuring consistent terms and amenities across locations. The scope includes securing a minimum of four (4) and a maximum of ten (10) rooms per city, with provisions for flexibility in cancellations and/or reductions without penalties. The period of performance will be based on a per location basis and will align with the 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule (at a minimum: 11 Jun 2026 - 20 Jul 2026), including preparation and wrap-up days, as required.
