The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to determine availability for hotel accommodations with the Seattle, Washington Area (specifically not to exceed a five (5) mile radius of the Seattle Convention Center located at 705 Pike Street Seattle, WA 98101-2310 for the dates July 31, 2023 through August 4, 2023. Hotel within a one (1) mile radius from the Seattle Convention Center, 705 Pike Street Seattle, WA 98101-2310 are highly preferred Offers up to two (2) to five (5) miles may be acceptable depending on availability. Hotel must be Accessibility Certified by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals Must be a Fire Safe Hotel Must offer internet access Room Types Needed Must be able to accommodate the following room quantities and types from July 31- August 4, 2023 (4 nights) Qty of Rooms 87 Total: Suite (or comparable) 11 Standard Rooms 76 *Accessible rooms available Additional Requirements: Three spaces to use as meeting rooms, each with the capacity for at least 15 people Vendors responding to this RFI shall indicate number of rooms of each type available during this time frame. Rate for suite room types Acceptance of the Government Per Diem of $232 per room/per night for Standard Rooms Availability, Description, and Conference Space Rates Confirmation of Active Registration at sam.gov QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: What time frame is requested for the three (3) meeting rooms? We are looking for at minimum July 31, 2023 through August 4, 2023 but could begin as early as July 27th Is there a specific "seating" style requested? Preferred banquet style For at least 1 room preference is to have sight line to a projected screen or monitor area Note: The RFI is for rooms to be in proximity to the lodging and not as a stand alone facility.
