As an owned property, maintenance, and upkeep for the FEMA Denton Campus to include the Federal Regional Center (FRC), Vehicle Storage Administration Building (VSAB) 1 & 2, Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (POL), West storage shed, and East storage shed along with other structures, and grounds on the 20-acre campus is the responsibility of the Region. To ensure this is accomplished, contracted maintenance staff with responsibilities for electrical, mechanical, grounds maintenance, equipment are required The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be under Federal Acquisition Regulations Ordering procedures under Building Maintenance & Operations (BMO) Small Business to procure Janitorial Services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Denton Campus, 800 N. Loop 288 Denton, TX 76209. This procurement is set-aside to Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is NAICS 561210 - Facilities Support Services. The Government contemplates and award of a Firm Fixed Price task order resulting from this solicitation. Period of Performance will be a 9 month base period. The evaluation factors for this solicitation include the following: Factor 1: Technical Approach Factor 2: Management Plan Sub Factor: Quality Control Plan Sub Factor 2: Staffing Plan Factor 3: Past Performance Factor 4: Price.
