The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a digital prevention training requirement for the Office of Sexual Assault, Prevention, Response, and Recovery (SAPRR) to deliver online prevention education training, data analytics, and technical support. The digital content training provided shall be on the topics of sexual assault, harassment and discrimination, mental well-being, alcohol and other drug misuse, and diversity and inclusion. The vendor will have adaptive pathing and/or a scaffolded developmental learning curriculum so that different learners receive the training experience most appropriate for them, which is ideal considering the varied accession candidate demographics at Cape May and the Coast Guard Academy. The USCG intends to sole source this training prior to end of FY-22. However, the USCG intends to compete this requirement for FY23 and beyond via DHS strategic sourcing or available GWACS.
