This Amendment 1 is to notify vendors that expressed an interest in this procurement of the anticipated solicitation release date. The FEMA anticipates releasing the solicitation between March 2 - April 30, 2020. Vendors that did not express an interest in the procurement by the initial deadline of 20 December 2019, need not submit their information to the contract specialist. Under the current procurement strategy, the solicitation will be released on GSA e-buy as a designated 8(a) set aside. It is the vendors responsibility to monitor GSA e-buy for the solicitation.
