This announcement is a draft Request for Quotes for the upcoming DHS Strategic Sourcing procurement for X-ray Systems for baggage, parcels, and pallets. The RFQ is expected to release near the end of July 2022, and this draft version is released to assist vendors in preparing their bids and questions in advance of the formal release. The formal solicitation will be released as RFQ 70B03C21Q00000014 under a separate announcement. The Government contemplates a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement will result from the formal solicitation, when released. The formal solicitation will be released under Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The attached draft requirements are not expected to change materially between now and formal release, but some changes may take place. Vendors may submit questions on or before the closing date of July 22, 2022 at 4:00pm ET.
