This is NOT a Solicitation Announcement. This is a Request For Information (RFI). This notice is issued for planning and market research purposes, and to determine the availability of firms capable to provide any of the contemplated travel trailer options listed below. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quote, or an indication that the Government will contract for any of the items and/or services discussed in this notice. The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will not pay or entitle the submitter of information to claim any form of compensation whatsoever. Should solicitations be issued, they will be issued pursuant to the acquisition strategy selected by the Contracting Officer and the applicable procurement regulations. Disclaimer: All information received in response to this notice will be treated as business confidential information, and will be exempted from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. Nonetheless, submitters should properly mark their responses if the information is proprietary. Responses to this notice will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Please provide your feedback to the following question no later than January 23, 2023, 5:00 PM EST: 1. Are you a licensed dealer by the state of Florida to sell travel trailers? 2. Can you meet the delivery requirements (550 units as described below under item #4) starting 7 days after award? (Anticipated award date is approximately February 2023) 3. If you are unable to provide all 550, how many units can you provide within the next 60 days. 4. How many units do you have available that meet FEMA sleeping requirements as defined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW)? (See below) RVs that sleep two (2) or less - a total of 150 units RVs that sleep three (3) to four (4) - a total of 250 units RVs that sleep five (5) or more - a total of 150 units 5. Do you have the capacity to deliver to both staging yards in Florida, and to the storage yard in Selma Alabama? (See yard addresses below) - Port Charlotte Staging Yard, Cheney Road, Punta Gorda Fl. 33982 - Fort Pierce Staging Yard, 1750 South Kings Highway, Fort Pierce Fl. 34945 - FEMA Transportable Temporary Housing Storage, 661 Selfield Rd., Selma, AL 36703 6. Do you have a GSA schedule? And if yes, what is the GSA Schedule Number? Are you registered in SAM.gov, and if yes, what is your Unique Entity ID number? 7. Please provide a capability statement demonstrating that you are able to provide the required travel trailers described in the SOW as per the required delivery schedule.
