This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for Disinfecting/Remediation Services. This is not a solicitation. The FEMA JFO in Warr Acres, OK is posting this Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources that can provide rapid response services (onsite within 48 hours) to clean and disinfect office and communal areas that have been occupied by individuals suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19. The requirements being sought can be found in the "requirement" document attached. Responses to this notice are not considered as offers and will not be accepted by the Government as a binding contract. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this Sources Sought Notice. In response to the COVID -19 pandemic, the FEMA office in Warr Acres, OK and Tulsa, OK are conducting market research to identify vendors that are capable of performing cleaning and disinfection services at one, or both locations in the event of a COVID-19 incident. Interested businesses must address all of the items listed in the requirement attachment and indicate if each requirement could be met and how the requirement would be completed. The intent would be to set this aside for a small business with a local area preference for vendors under the Stafford Act. Interested businesses who believe that they are capable of meeting the requirement are requested to submit a brief capabilities statement package, including the company name and address, point of contact with phone number and email address, Webpage URL, DUNS number, and confirmation of registration in SAM.gov. Respondents are requetsed to provide information by 12:00 PM EST on Friday, April 3, 2020. All interested parties, regardless of size, are encouraged to respond to this sources sought notice. Submissions should include available technology, company literature, and relevant company background, experience, and qualifications.
