This RFI seeks market research for two facility service tracks at 4700 River Road, Riverdale, MD. Track A is a four-month temporary caretaker contract from September 1 to December 31, 2026, covering minimal building sustainment, custodial, and grounds maintenance for a vacant 6-story, 337,000 sq ft building on 12.5 acres. Track B is a long-term Building Operations Support Services (BOSS) contract beginning in FY-27, with a one-year base period plus four one-year options, transitioning the facility to fully occupied status with comprehensive operations. Vendors unable to meet Track A’s rapid mobilization are encouraged to respond for Track B only.
