The contractor will provide operational, technical, and administrative support to ICE/OFM. This support aims to ensure efficient and effective operations and superior customer service to DHS components, internal ICE customers, and leadership. Work includes supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual operations such as the Customer Billing Model and financial systems. Deliverables must comply with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies and align with the Performance Work Statement.
