The Government is contemplating a single award of a competitive, commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order using the purchase order which represents the best value to the Government using trade-off procedures for the services described in the instructions. This solicitation is being issued to procure Courier Services for the ICE Office of Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA) offices in Houston, Texas. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. The Government shall not pay the offeror for any cost or expenses associated with the preparation of their quote.
