This solicitation is open as a 100% small business set-aside and the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. The Government shall not pay the offeror for any cost or expenses associated with the preparation of their quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement.
