The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a sole-source requirement to procure Enhanced Mobile Vehicle Surveillance Systems with Radar (eMVSS-R). The scope includes upfitting 30 existing units and purchasing 16 new ones, along with comprehensive program management, training, logistics support, and documentation. The contractor is solely responsible for executing the entire requirement. A Justification and Approval (J&A) for other than full and open competition has been approved.
