U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a sole-source requirement to procure Enhanced Mobile Surveillance Capability - Lite (eMSC-L). The scope of this requirement includes upfitting 22 existing MSC-L units to the eMSC-L and the purchase of 14 new eMSC-L units. It also includes program management, engineering support, test and evaluation, operator training, train-the-trainer training, warranty, maintenance and logistics support, maintenance training, and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents. The Contractor is solely responsible for the execution of this requirement and shall provide all supplies and services necessary for successful delivery of all required deliverables. A J&A has been approved for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.303-1.
