- CBP/OPR manages a Table of Organization with data from multiple sources to perform Position Management tasks and forecasting. - Current internal tools are cumbersome and require continuous checks fo... - CBP/OPR manages a Table of Organization with data from multiple sources to perform Position Management tasks and forecasting. - Current internal tools are cumbersome and require continuous checks for consistency. - Tool should provide ability to over hire positions and track multiple statuses of on-boarding and exiting employees. - Tool should offer a configurable dashboard, standard reports, and ability to prepare ad-hoc reports. - Interactive Organizational Chart should default to user's current level and changes will be controlled by user rights. - The Tool will store all historical data for each position/slot. - CBP/OPR requests a Tool that only addresses Position Management data and Organizational Charts. - Selecting, configuring, and implementing the Tool will ensure a more consistent delivery of information across OPR. - Tool implementation and evaluation could include a Limited User Evaluation or Demonstration. - CBP/OPR is interested in responses from prospective offerors that could provide a Position Management data tool that will support their requirements. - The Government encourages the responders to this RFI and prospective offerors to propose the most innovative, cost-effective method in achieving the desired objectives and results. - CBP anticipates awarding a contract by the end of 4QFY23.
