The services include firmware updates, online resources, telephone support, preventative maintenance and concurrent maintenance. This requirement is a brand name. The support services in this requirement must only be provided by a F5 manufacturer certified reseller. See the attached Brand Name Justification. This notice fulfills the posting requirement of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii) (D).
