The United States Coast Guard (USCG) requires commercial brand name MicroFocus LoadRunner and Unified Functional Testing (UFT) software maintenance support in order to meet and sustain application testing and measuring system behavior and performance under load on the USCG network. Through this annual maintenance, the USCG receives technical support and security patch updates. This requirement is brand name. The support services in this requirement must only be provided by a MicroFocus manufacturer certified reseller. See the attached Brand Name Justification. This notice fulfills the posting requirements of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D).
