Please be sure your quote includes any appicable shipping. No advance payments possible Partial shipments may be considered if majority of units are delivered within ten (10) calendar days of award. Award will be made utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable under FAR Part 13. Delivery timetable will be included when considering technical acceptability. Past Performance will also be checked under FAPIIS prior to approving a vendor for award.
