Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Sources Sought notice to identify capable firms for repairing an underground water line at the USCG Sector Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The work includes locating and repairing the leak, restoring the asphalt, and all necessary labor and materials. The estimated budget for the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Interested vendors must submit capability information via email by April 1, 2026. The prime contractor will be required to perform at least 25% of the contract cost with its own employees.
