Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Alert Notification System Requirements THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. The DHS requires an enterprise-wide automated communication system that can notify all DHS users, or subsets of users based on a variety of discriminators. This system must also be able to receive, process, and generate automated reports for DHS leadership. (See Alert Notification System Requirements Attachments).
