This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08425QDL940001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for the U.S Coast Guard to purchase PAC-13 MESF Drill Berthing. Use Attachment “Pricing Sheet” to submit quote. (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (C) This acquisition is issued as 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the PSC code is V231. The type of contract is a FIRM FIXED PRICE.
