Lodging support must fulfill the following requirements: Lodging must accommodate 45 people. One facility is desired, but if multiple facilities is an option, then they must be within 6 Miles from each other The facility must carry of weapons for law enforcement purposes and store weapons and ammunition on site (i.e in the hotel room, not an armory). Parking available for five (5) F-450 dually trucks and eight (8) SUV’s. If parking is a separate fee, parking should be included in the price estimate. Facility must provide beds, linens, and all furniture. The requirement is for 25 rooms (20 doubles, 5 singles) to accommodate Male and Female lodging. The Beds should be full size or larger. Preferred location is Christiansted or as close to the Green Cay Marina as possible. Restrooms and showers must be in the hotel room and not considered “communal” Rooms must have a door and the ability to be locked. WIFI must be included in price and included for all members staying. Internet speeds must be no less than 1Gbps in order for deployed members to access coast guard networks for regular business work. Laundry facilities should be available on site or within 6 miles of the lodging. The period of performance for this requirement is 23 December 2023 to 4 January 2024 with the potential for extension past 4 January.
