This notice is issued by the Coast Guard Director of Operational Logistics Office of Procurement and Contracting, Simplified Acquisition Procedures Division (DOL-94) Norfolk, VA to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10, seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in the acquisition. This Sources Sought does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposals, nor should it be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. The information received will not obligate the Government in any manner nor will the Government reimburse companies for any costs associated with submittal of this Sources Sought. Summary of Services: Customized Bill of Lading Data for all U.S. Maritime Imports for Q4 (Oct-Dec) of 2018, and calendar years 2019, 2020, and 2021. All notification and information regarding this sources sought will be issued electronically only through https://www.sam.gov. Interested business entities should be registered on www.sam.gov. Questions over the telephone will not be taken. Keep in mind, this is a sources sought to help identify if there are any potential offerors and to research the federal market to understand the competition. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information regarding this research. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) is 519290 (Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services - previously 519130) with a standard size of 1,000 employees. Each company responding should indicate their business size: other than small business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), woman-owned, economically disadvantaged women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and/or HUBZone in accordance with the stated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and size standard. The Government will incur no obligations or liabilities to anyone for any costs or expenses incurred by the respondent in responding to this sources sought. Not responding to this request does not preclude participation in any future RFP. The information provided in this sources sought is subject to change and is not binding on the Government or the respondent.
