The USCG Surface Force Logistics Center seeks Open, Inspect, and Report along with overhaul/repair services for four Megator Corp rotary pump units (NSN 4320 01-688-4624, part H100B/184TRH). Substitute parts are not acceptable, and no drawings or proprietary data will be provided. Award will be made on an all-or-nothing basis to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with pricing evaluated using a composite labor rate, estimated hours, and proposed material percentages; repair work requires Contracting Officer approval after the open/inspect report. Deliveries must be FOB destination to the USCG SFLC Receiving Room in Baltimore, MD, with inspection/acceptance after verifying preservation, packaging, marking, and transit condition.
